(LPN):Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of
nursingThe candidate will provide services that exceed company and
regulatory standardsInitiates and leads individualized nursing care
plansAssesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing
needsAccurately and promptly implements physicians' ordersAssigns
nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's
needs and the person's capabilities and qualificationsAdministers
medicationsStarts IVs and performs treatments for assigned
residentsDocuments that treatment as requiredEnsures that supplies
are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and
maintained a safe mannerOthers duties as assigned Qualifications of
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Graduate of accredited LPN School of
NursingOne year of nursing experience is preferredValid LPN license
for the state of Oklahoma is requiredValid CPR certificationAbility
to work cooperatively as a member of a teamAbility to communicate
effectively with residents and their family members, and at all
levels of the organizationAbility to react decisively and quickly
in emergency situationsAbility to maintain confidentialityKnowledge
