Job Description:
Camtronics, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, a NYSE-traded
company (NYSE: HEI) is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing
and maintaining customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Manage assigned accounts by serving as the main point of contact
- answering customer inquiries, complaints and processing of
customer quotes.
* Process customer orders from the receipt of the order through and
including timely shipment.
* Interact closely with the company's production and shipping
departments.
* Manage customer database for assigned customers.
* Perform analysis and other tasks required by the Customer Support
& Sales team.
