Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Call Center Transfer Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners
Pre-screen potential borrowers and establish rapport to overcome objections
Transfer qualified warm leads to licensed Loan Officers and set appointments

Required Qualifications

Inside or field sales experience required
Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
Telesales experience preferred
Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized
