Repair Tech Consultant/Material Specialist

Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for staging and configuring QCC/IQ
data bundles, hosting voice services, CPE operations orders, and
special projects as required.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect equipment.
- Review the inventory to ensure all devices and components are
present, noting any missing or damaged items like routers or power
supplies.
- Use basic IT skills to check the equipment and identify if any
parts need to be replaced or repaired.
- Set up equipment at a staging station, running commands to wipe
data and prepare devices for redeployment.
- Learn about different types of routers and how they will be
used in the redeployment process.
- Keep records of equipment status, issues, and actions
taken.
- Work with other teams to ensure equipment is ready for
redeployment to the new facility.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Materials Management (Picking Orders, Fulfillment of
Orders).
- Completion of System Tasks as required by Order.
- Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Put away.
- Reclamation Management (Receiving, Task Completion, Equip
Wiping)
- Inventory Control (Cycle Counts, Excess Pulls, and Equipment
Inventory)
- Forklift Operation
Required Skills:
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant
role
- Logistics Experience (Warehouse, Inventory Control, Materials
Management).
- HS diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Basic Configuration experience with Managed Routers and Hosted
Voice Devices (Training can be provided if required).
- Forklift experience is a plus ((Training can be provided if
required).
- Experience in IT/Security/Cybersecurity/Helpdesk support is
preferred.
