Mandatory skills:


SAP, Microsoft Office Suite,
procurement process, procurement procedures,
purchasing materials, purchase orders, purchase requisition, purchasing procedures ,
supplier orders, customer requirements, quality, delivery, price




Description:


Purchasing materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms, negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions
Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures
Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues
Identifying and qualifying new suppliers together with supplier quality and engineering specialists
Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price

Requires understanding of drawings, standard procurement/purchasing procedures and related Company policies.
Interfacing with other groups regarding various aspects of the procurement process requires strong communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field plus up to 2 years of experience, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
