  Physical Therapist Position Highlights:

  Schedule: Days; 5x8; 8-4:30 Mon-Fri

  Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
  
  *Conduct comprehensive evaluations of posture, gait, balance, and strength to develop effective treatment plans.
  
  *Implement targeted therapies using advanced exercises, physical agents, and manual techniques to improve mobility and independence.
  
  *Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and referring providers to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  *Maintain detailed electronic documentation, ensuring accurate coding and billing.
  
  *Mentor new team members and lead performance improvement initiatives.
  
  *Deliver lectures and training programs on physical therapy and related topics.
  
  *Oversee four PTAs on staff
  
  Physical Therapist Qualifications:
  *Experience: 2+ years of experience (required) Inpatient Experience (required)
  *Licensure: Active Physical Therapy License in state of Oklahoma (Compact OK) (required).
  *Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
