System One is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable
Specialist to manage and oversee customer payments, ensuring timely
and accurate invoicing and collections. This role is critical to
maintaining positive cash flow and fostering strong customer
relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices.
Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment
discrepancies.
Maintain records of payments, credits, and customer

Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts
receivable.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
