Job Description:
A company is looking for a Methodology Lead to manage the
Methodology Team and ensure compliance with industry standards in
audit engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Methodology Team while providing technical
expertise to the Solutions department
Oversee the Digital Audit methodology, ensuring compliance with
professional standards and implementing control mechanisms
Engage with clients and collaborate with various departments to
enhance methodology and product development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA
or equivalent certification required
Extensive experience at senior audit manager level or above in
public accounting, focusing on audit methodology
Strong technical knowledge of US auditing and accounting standards,
including GAAP and GAAS
Experience in managing people and developing colleagues through
coaching and mentoring
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence business decisions
effectively
