  • Job Details
  • Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
    • Job Requirements
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Must be AHA.
    • Documentation of vaccination series completion or documentation of declination to vaccine.
    • 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start.
    • Must not be expired. Must match address on file within technology.
    • Documentation of completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
      • Additional Details
      • Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions/Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
