Contract Surety Underwriter Underwriting Manager Commercial Surety Insurance Bond Manager Fidelity Bonds Surety Carrier Underwriting Latin America USA Canada _ .

Oversee underwriting process and make underwriting and production decisions according to established parameters.

*** Direct distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, sales, and similar operational aspects of branch.

*** Create forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.

*** Ensure timely collection of premium.

*** Maintain complete and well documented account files.

*** Review and monitor account files, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with rate and underwriting guidelines.

*** Visit producers and accounts.

*** Train and coach surety team members and branch personnel.
