Scrum Master Level 3

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Scrum Master Level 3 to join their ERP program team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Weekly Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
Remove impediments that may be blocking the team's progress and improve team processes
Lead PI Planning for the ERP program, ensuring clear direction, identification of dependencies, and alignment on KPIs

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
Experience with Agile Hive or similar tools
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or similar
