Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Agile Delivery Manager in
Engineering Remote, United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects using agile methodologies, defining milestones, and
tracking progress and metrics
Proactively identify potential risks and impediments and develop
strategies to mitigate them
Coach and mentor team members on process improvement, efficiency,
and agile concepts
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management,
delivery, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing projects using agile
methodologies
Scrum Master and/or Project Management certifications required
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on
time and within budget
Comfortable working with multiple cross-functional and remote teams
in the US and overseas
