LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Must Have Skills/Experience: must have experience with Post CV Surgeries, Titrating Cardiac Drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, utilizing Airvos and the ability to recognize a deteriorating patient
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Teaching experience, as traveler will be working/ partnering with new grads.
