Thriveworks is currently seeking Full Time Independently Licensed Clinicians in the United States to provide the opportunity to be cross licensed into one of several states where you may see clients virtually.***Clinicians need to be licensed and living in a state within the United States***Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position. Compensation up to $111,700. -Fee For Service (W2) total compensation includes three components: Flat Rate, and two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure. -Qualifications:All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in the United States:LCSW or LMFT or LPC or LMHC (or a state equivalents)Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)Experience Diagnosing RequiredWhat We Need:

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
• Behavioral Health Generalists - open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support!)
