Program Director of Private Duty Nursing (PDN) ServicesCare IV Home Health, a locally owned and operated home health agency seeking a full-time, highly skilled, and experienced professional to join our team as the PDN Program Director. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Private Duty Nursing (PDN) program. You will play a critical part in maintaining smooth operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality services.We are looking for a dedicated individual with Private Duty, compliance, and management experience. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President/ General Manager and will be integral to our continued success. We offer an excellent and comprehensive benefits package, and we have been proudly serving Arkansans for 30 years and counting.Requirements:Registered Nurses (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing is a plus but not required.One year of office experience required.
