Responsibilities
The Facility Risk Manager is responsible for the execution of the Ardent Risk Management Program across their facility / facilities. This position develops and supports facility level risk management activities and programs. This position will manage the Risk Management needs across the facility, including risk management policy and procedure implementation, risk identification and mitigation, provide risk management related education, support, and event investigations. This position will also support patient safety and quality activities as needed.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in Patient Safety, Risk in an acute
hospital environmentPreferred Job Requirements:
Healthcare specific Risk Management experience preferredBS/BA is preferred in related field or relevant experience is desired. BSN is preferred Associated topics: business coach, executive producer, executive team leader, fire chief, lieutenant, manager in training, petty officer, planning operations, sergeant, team lead
