Position: Senior Tax Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK 73069 (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000/year + Annual Discretionary Bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will:

Manage and review complex tax returns for diverse clients.
Lead tax consulting & provision engagements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review, approve, and sign tax returns before client release.
Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Analyze tax situations to optimize client benefits.
Develop relationships and attract new clients for the firm.
Oversee billing for tax services provided.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Active CPA license.
Prior public accounting experience.
Strong background in tax compliance, consulting, and client management.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
