  Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
  Responsibilities
  
  Coordinate hospital-wide activities designed to meet external regulations and standards. Serve as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System (QMS) and has the responsibility and authority, in coordination with senior leadership, for ensuring that the requirements of the QMS are determined, implemented and maintained.
  Qualifications
  
  Job Requirements:

  • BSN required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • EMR with documentation/audit experience, preferred
  • Working knowledge of CMS standards, preferred Associated topics: assistant general manager, business coach, executive producer, executive team leader, fire chief, general manager, petty officer, police commander, shift supervisor, team lead
