Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Philanthropic Strategy to lead major and principal-gift fundraising efforts.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and coach the philanthropy team to adopt best practices in donor cultivation and stewardship
Collaborate with internal leadership to determine fundraising priorities and create compelling case statements
Use data to track fundraising performance, establish metrics for success, and support revenue forecasting


Required Qualifications

Seven years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with five or more years focused on major or principal giving
Three or more years of direct management experience with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams
Strong experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools for donor engagement and performance evaluation
Demonstrated ability to navigate change proactively while maintaining team motivation
Commitment to the mission and values of the organization, with a focus on equity and inclusion
