Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Virtix Operations to oversee
daily operations of their call center.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency, productivity, and
quality standards
Plan, coordinate, and manage processes to optimize call center
performance
Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, identifying
trends and areas for improvement
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a
related field preferred
Proven experience in healthcare operations management, preferably
in a call center environment
Knowledge of call center technologies, reporting tools, and best
practices
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience in hiring, training, and supervising staff
