Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Health Economics and
Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real-World Evidence (RWE).
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement HEOR and RWE studies to generate clinical
evidence for rare pulmonary diseases
Develop and execute strategies to support publications, market
access, reimbursement, and value demonstration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align evidence
generation activities with organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in HEOR/RWE roles, preferably in
the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, public health,
pharmacy, or a related field
Deep understanding of rare pulmonology disorders and evidence needs
in the U.S. and Europe
Proven experience in designing and executing HEOR and RWE
studies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex
data into actionable insights
