Job Description:

System One is assisting a Tulsa area client with a search for a Controller. The successful candidate will work with a close knit team. The position has a great work/life balance.

Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations as well as the month-end close process
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for management's review
Take ownership of and lead the annual budgeting process
Ensure financial controls are in place
Provide meaningful information on which decisions can be made

Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA a plus
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Effective leadership and communication skills
Proficient to advanced in Excel, comfortable with computer systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organized with good attention to detail and time management skills
Great attitude with a strong work ethic

Salary: $110K - $130K
