Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical SME to enhance sales and
customer success initiatives in healthcare technology
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Articulate the value of CDI solutions during client presentations,
demos, and RFPs
Help hospitals understand how AI-powered CDI can improve
documentation and drive quality care
Design and implement educational materials and guidelines for CDI
specialists
Required Qualifications
Clinical expertise with an MD, RN, or relevant clinical
credential
Deep familiarity with ICD-10, HCC coding, and Medicare
guidelines
Proven ability to engage with clients and translate clinical
concepts into business impact
Excitement about the role of AI in transforming CDI and revenue
cycle management
5+ years in clinical documentation improvement leadership is a
plus
